This unit provides the skills and knowledge required to use appropriate tools, equipment, software and protocols to install, operate, and troubleshoot medium enterprise switches.

Install and manage complex ICT networks
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to install and manage enterprise-wide ICT networks. Students learn to design, implement, and manage complex network systems.

Install, configure and test a server
This unit provides the skills to install, configure and test servers in a network environment. It includes configuring basic server operating system settings and server hardware.
